Thailand is a popular destination for English teachers who are interested in gaining a valuable cultural experience. Thailand prides itself on its rich history, tropical climate and renowned hospital. Teachers in Thailand get paid between 30 000 to 40 000 Thai Baht. The higher the salaries tend to go to applicants that have a bachelor degree (or higher) and teach mathematics or science.
Thailand offers a great opportunity for teachers to earn and save money. Although things are cheap, applicants are not sacrificing quality and living standards.
Applicants work approximately 4 hours per day so they are free to do extra tutoring, sightseeing or to study Thai.
